After your purchase
Here is what happens once you pay.
Your payment is confirmed.
The purchase appears in your account under My purchases.
The account details are released to you on the order — normally straight away.
You secure the account, using the steps below.
If anything is wrong, you use the order's own support conversation.
Delivery is automatic, and in the normal flow the details are there as soon as the payment is confirmed. Occasionally an order needs a check before anything is released; when that happens the order says so and support takes it from there.
Secure your account
Do this as soon as you have access. There is no deadline attached to it — it is simply the thing that most reduces the chance of trouble later.
- Change the game account's password.
- Turn on two-factor authentication wherever the publisher offers it.
- Open the account's connections and remove any previous or unwanted links.
- Secure the linked email address as well — with Full Access it is yours, and it is what password resets go through.
- Never share the login, the password or the linked email with anyone.
- Do not use cheats or exploits on the account.
- Do not start chargebacks or payment disputes against the publisher from the account.
Something went wrong
The account is not what was described
Report it the same way and include evidence of the difference. Support reviews the case and decides what happens next; the outcome is not chosen automatically.
The 24-hour warranty
Report a covered problem within 24 hours of delivery and we will review it. This is a LootBuy commercial promise on top of your legal rights and does not shorten them. What it covers is in our Terms.
Your order's status
The order page shows its own status. If it says a check is in progress, a person here is looking at it: you do not need to do anything, and support will come back to you.
